[...] However, like I said, I’ve also managed to neglect others. I can’t remember the last time I watched anime (no lie), I have 2 new series waiting for me and I’m pretty sure I’ve watched only 4 episodes out of one. Partly to blame for this lapse is the fact that Kingdom, one of the best anime I’ve ever watched ended about a month ago, and since S2 isn’t till June I haven’t been able to put my mind on another anime to follow judiciously. I also haven’t been playing games like I used to. Don’t get me wrong, I play games virtually every day (PSP, PC, phone, I have choices), but the games I play are little more like time wasters (Angry Birds, Fruit Ninja, FIFA 13 on PSP because the next gen version still kicks my butt hard, L4D2 whenever I can pull a campaign or a single stage off, Sonic & All-Star Racing Transformed for a race or more, etc.). Before any fingers get pointed at me, I’m not calling all those games complete time wasters. Afterall, anytime I pick up FIFA 13 it’s to continue my Career, and Sonic Racing is sometimes to continue World Tour. What I’m trying to say, however, is that I haven’t sat down to play a game that leads to an end. Last time I tried Dead Space (which has been sitting here for close to 2 months); I didn’t go past one door before I had a visitor and stopped it altogether, even though I had planned on continuing later. Also, Dead Space kinda scares the hell out of me. The point is, I haven’t brought myself to sit down with an adventure game or something related, and I haven’t finished a game in about a month or so even though I have games that have ends. Until recently, I had neglected comics on a wide scale… not because I’m no longer interested in them but because I have been trying to get myself to be up-to-date with them and read them after that. It’s an easy task more or less, but when your mind’s a jumbled contusion of thoughts then it can get pretty rough. Although I’ve been able to get my wits a bit on this one and I’ve even succeeded in branching out from the norm of comics I usually read. [...]
