This song will always find you, no matter where you are, the song can be whatever shape, everything around you will remind you of this song and all you crave is indulging your addiction and playing this song because it will make you feel good. Ladies and gentlemen. Push Eject by Boom Boom Satellites. My favorite song of 2010. A song that was released in 1998. I was 6 or 7 years old. If I had heard this song back then, my brain wouldn’t have been able to fathom the complexities or beautiful absurdities of this song.
From the very beginning, when you hear the eerie piano playing and that literally explosive beat kicks in, till the end when it all whines down, you will be captured and captivated. Push Eject is one of those songs that will always be with you. You can not help but want to listen to it over and over all the time. Boom Boom Satellites know they crafted an addictive song. They know the effect Push Eject will have on anyone that listens to it. I’m going to take a random stab in the dark and assume that’s why they named the song Push Eject.
I spent my best and worst times of 2010 listening to this song. I will never Push Eject.
